If you are not happy with any K5 Campus Supply product for any reason — we will replace it, credit your account, or refund your purchase. Period. No hassle. No fine print. No runaround.

We build premium equipment for schools because we believe every student deserves equipment that performs. If ours ever falls short of that, we want to make it right.


Returns

Not the right fit? Return any K5 product at any time for a full refund or exchange. Items should be in unused condition, but if something arrived wrong or did not meet your expectations, contact us and we will take care of it regardless.


Defective Products

If any K5 product fails — grip, stitching, air retention, or anything else — contact us and we will replace it or refund it, no questions asked. This applies up to 365 days after purchase.


Damaged in Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, reach out within 7 days and we will ship a replacement immediately at no cost. Photos help but are not required.


Exchanges

Want a different size, sport, or item? We will swap it out, no problem. Just contact us and we will sort it out fast.
